INDIANAPOLIS -- Raise your glasses – it's National Beer Day!

If you're not hip to the annual celebration, it marks the signing of the Cullen-Harrison Act by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1933. The act legalized the sale of beer and wine with an alcohol content of up to 3.2 percent – which had been illegal since Prohibition began in 1920.
