Historic Garment Factory in downtown Franklin being restored, now event center

The renovation of The Garment Factory is still underway, but when the project is complete, the 2nd floor ballroom can seat up to 500 guests, the first floor ballroom can hold 250 people, and a swanky lounge and bar on the north end of the building with custom hand-blown glass light fixtures can seat more than 100 guests. Plus there is patio space and seating available overlooking Young's Creek and Franklin's Province Park.
