KOKOMO, Ind. – Homeowners in Kokomo said their street transformed into a river Wednesday after heavy rains flooded their neighborhood.
Several people in the Ivy Hills community said they have complained to the city about the frequent backup after rain, but they aren’t getting the help they need.
The flooding knocked down fences, lifted tool sheds and flooded crawlspaces.
