Lawrence asking for help to find robbery suspect

LAWRENCE -- Police in Lawrence, Indiana are asking for the public's help in identifying and finding the suspect of a robbery that happened Tuesday. 

The Village Pantry on the 5100 block of Franklin Road was robbed at about 3 a.m. Tuesday.

Police say the suspect is a man, around 5-foot-10-inches tall in his early 20s. He has a medium build and was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with dark pants and white shoes.

He had his sweatshirt pulled up and his mouth and nose covered. The clerk believed he had a gun, based on the way his hand looked in his pocket.
