INDIANAPOLIS -- The funeral procession for Dep. Carl Koontz made a stop in front of the Howard Co. Jail after the service at Northwestern High School on Tuesday.

A final radio call for Dep. Koontz then went out, "Howard County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Carl Allen Koontz is 10-42. He has gone home for the final time."
