MADISON COUNTY, Ind. – A man died Saturday evening following a crash in Madison County.
Police found a 1991 GMC truck crashed into a driveway culvert shortly after 5:20 p.m. on the east side of State Road 9, approximately five miles north of Alexandria.
The driver, identified as 41-year-old Zachariah McKenzie of Anderson, IN.
He was rushed to Community Hospital in Anderson but was pronounced dead.
A witness stated McKenzie’s driving became erratic prior to the crash.
