INDIANAPOLIS -- In July 2014, seven people were shot in one incident in Broad Ripple. Since then, business owners and their patrons have expressed concerns about safety in the neighborhood.
More than a year later, the consensus is that the popular night spot is safer. There are now late night traffic restrictions, no loitering on the sidewalks and other initiatives.
