FRANKLIN, Ind. -- Police have arrested a man who's accused of spraying graffiti around downtown Franklin.
The graffiti was discovered on Dec. 12 on both public and private property, including on a Franklin police vehicle.
Police arrested Charles Nelson, and preliminarily charged him with multiple counts of criminal mischief.
