INDIANAPOLIS -- Police have made an arrest in connection with a robbery that occurred at a Macy's store.

David Weaver was arrested on May 20 on a charge of possession of marijuana, but he's also facing a felony theft charge for being found with three rings confirmed to be stolen during the robbery on May 3.

However, police can't say for sure if he was one of the robbers.

Nicole Kight was arrested along with Weaver on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Two men walked into the Macy's Department Store at the Glendale Mall around 5 p.m. and broke open a jewelry case with an ax – stealing more than $100,000 worth of jewelry before fleeing the scene.

Witnesses told police two suspects entered the store and used an ax to break the glass on the case.

The suspects reportedly didn't issue any threats – just broke the case and snatched more than $100,000 worth of jewelry.

They then fled eastbound in a red 2006 Chevrolet Impala.
