INDIANAPOLIS — A 24-year-old Indianapolis man is going to prison for 50-years for a 2017 murder.
That's the sentence for Corey Harvey in the shooting death of 23-year-old Daquan Procter.
Harvey was charged in two-murders following the shooting that took place during an argument in the 6400 block of Mission Terrace on the Indianapolis northwest side.
When police arrived, the parking lot of the apartment complex was littered with shell casings.
Procter was dead at the scene and 18-year-old Jonte Williams died at the hospital.
In January, Jurors found Harvey not guilty in the death of Williams, but guilty in Procter's murder.
