INDIANAPOLIS -- Two people are dead following four separate shootings in Indianapolis.
One person was found shot in a car on the city's northwest side.
Police responded to the 5200 block of Winterberry Drive just after 6:30 p.m.
The victim, later identified as Jerrold Parker, 18, died at the hospital.
In a separate incident on the northeast side, a man was found in a car in the 4400 block of Park Forest Court around 4:00 p.m.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified by police as Jaylan Murray, 16.
Three other shooting victims are being treated at the hospital.
One of those incidents happened at 7:30 p.m. at National and South Keystone on the city's south side.
Officers responded to the 3800 block of South Keystone and found one man who was shot already inside an ambulance. He was transported to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition.
A second person, who was initially transported to the homicide officer, was found to have been injured likely from the shooting, according to IMPD. That person was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.
Police say they believe the victims were likely shot at the Walmart parking lot. One of the men ran to an ambulance that was parked at the nearby Dariy Queen.
And around 1:00 p.m., a person was shot in the 1900 block of Bosart Avenue on the east side.
The victim was shot five times and taken to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition.
