INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was shot in the hip inside of his home on the city's west side early Thursday morning.
The shooting happened on West Morris Street shortly before 4:00 a.m.
According to police, the man was shot by someone he knew. He was transported to Eskenazi with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police did not release information about a suspect.
