MARION, Ind. -- A man was shot and killed early Friday morning near a strip club in Marion, Indiana.
Officers with the Marion Police Department responded to a shooting call at the VIP Show Club at 904 South Western Ave.
They found Delray Tyron Swift, 27, shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is still ongoing, but police haven't made any arrests in the case yet.
As police were securing the scene, they did arrest one man who refused to remove himself from the scene. Tre Richmond, 22, was preliminarily charged with resisting law enforcement and reckless possession of paraphernalia.
