INDIANAPOLIS—The Marion County Coroner has ruled the death of a man found on the city's west side a homicide.
The victim was found late Wednesday morning in the 3700 block of West 21st Street, a few blocks west of North Tibbs Avenue.
Damian Carter, 36, later died, Marion County Chief Deputy Coroner Alfie Ballew said. His cause of death is still undetermined at this time.
