INDIANAPOLIS -- The third annual Monumental Mile will once again bring runners to downtown Indianapolis on Thursday.
The course is, unsurprisingly, a mile long – starting at the intersection of 12th and Meridian streets and finishing at Monument Circle.
To accommodate the race, Meridian Street will be closed between 14th and 12th streets from 6:25-7:45 p.m., and will have reduced lanes from 12th Street to Monument Circle during the same time period.
(Refer to the image on the left for a map of roads affected by the race.)
Parking is available south of Monument Circle, as well as on the street for $1.50 an hour.
Race day registration is available starting at 5:00 p.m. on the west side of Monument Circle.
