INDIANAPOLIS -- Marsh is closing a second Indianapolis store at the end of February. It will be the second store the chain has closed in the city this year.
The store located at West 10th Street and Girls School Road will be closing for good on Saturday, February 25, at 5 p.m.
The company has not responded to a request for information on why the location will be closing.
This is the second Indianapolis Marsh location to close so far in 2017. The company closed their longtime north side location on 53rd Street on January 28.
Marsh is an Indiana staple. The company opened their first location in Muncie in 1931, and their headquarters is in Indianapolis.
The chain has around 70 Marsh Supermarkets and O'Malia Food Markets in Indiana and Ohio.
