INDIANAPOLIS – As we come to grips with the scary idea of being filmed in the bathroom – like employees of a Martinsville Chili’s were – we’re working for you to find out how you can protect yourself from the same thing.
Justin Behnke, 40, of Avon, was already facing two counts of voyeurism when investigators announced developments in the case. Authorities say Behnke, the manager of the Chili’s, secretly filmed employees from a camera planted in a bathroom.
