INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard’s mother has died, according to a spokesperson.
Mary Ballard passed away Friday evening.
Funeral services are pending.
A spokesperson for Mayor Ballard’s office is asking people to allow the Mayor and his family time to grieve privately, although they are very appreciative of the outpouring of support from the community.
