BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- A former Indiana University football player and one of the stars of the Netflix original "Last Chance U" have been arrested in connection with a deadly stabbing in Tennessee.
Camion D. Patrick, 22, is charged with criminal homicide in the July death of an 18-year-old Tennessee man.
Patrick was a running back for the Hoosiers for two seasons in 2015 and 2016 but was granted a medical hardship over the summer and was no longer playing for the team. He is still attending classes at Indiana University through his football scholarship.
Patrick's brother, Isaiah Wright, was also arrested in connection with the stabbing. Wright starred in season one of the Netflix series "Last Chance U."
He was taken into custody by Indiana University campus police in Bloomington on Wednesday.
Two others are also charged in connection with the crime.
Patrick will remain in Indiana until he can be extradited back to Tennessee to face charges.
