BLOOMINGTON — Who is she? That's what the Bloomington Police Department is working to learn.
Detectives are trying to identify a woman who was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured Monday night in Bloomington.
She was hit just after 7 p.m. near the intersection of East 3rd Street and South Park Ridge Road. Because of her injuries, police have not been able to speak to the woman and she was not carrying any identification.
The pictured tattoo is located on the woman's right inner forearm. Anyone with information about the woman's identity is asked to contact Detective Frank with Bloomington PD at (812) 349-3322.
