Power restored in Carmel after dump truck crash

CARMEL, Ind. -- Power has been restored in Carmel after a dump truck hit a utility pole in Carmel, Indiana.

According to the online map, the outage stretched from about Range Line Road, to 146th Street, to Gray Road, to Main Street.

The map showed 2,183 Duke customers affected. Power was restored at about 10 a.m.

 

A representative for Duke Energy said a dump truck ran into a utility pole near the intersection of 136th Street and Carey Road in Carmel.
