INDIANAPOLIS -- Most Indianapolis Power & Light customers had power restored to them Wednesday after a morning outage.
At one point, as many as 13,000 customers were affected.

It wasn't immediately clear what caused the outage, though IPL was warning customers to sta away from downed power lines.
