MUNCIE—Police have identified a man who is Muncie's latest homicide victim.
The body of 70-year-old William Balfour Sr. was found Tuesday outside a Muncie home.
Beyond releasing the name of the victim, police are being tight-lipped as to what happened.
Police were called to the area of Centennial Avenue near Blaine Street Tuesday morning on a report of a person down.
Officers found Balfour suffering from unknown injuries and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the man's death remain under investigation, but police say they are considering it a homicide investigation.
