MUNCIE, Ind. -- A Muncie man found guilty of bestiality was sentenced to time served by a circuit court judge on Monday.
Andrew A. Shinnock, 36, was found guilty but mentally ill of bestiality last month.
Shinnock was accused of sexually assaulting his roommate's female pit bull.
Shinnock was sentenced to 18 months behind bars, but had already earned enough credit for time served and good behavior to be released Monday.
