and last updated

INDIANAPOLIS -- Thursday is National Chili Day, and there are few things better than a good bowl when the weather is cold and ... exactly like it is right now.

But where should you go to get some chili?

There are a few spots.Harry & Izzys, Soupremacy and Lincoln Square Pancake House are favorites among employees at RTV6, but those aren't the only places in Indy.

Nick's Chili Parlor on the west side gets rave reviews online, and if you're looking for local, it's hard to find a more local stop.

If you're OK with heading to a chain restaurant, there are three Skyline Chili locations in Indianapolis -- the northwest, northeast and east sides of the city.

If you have enough information to know where to go to get some chili, now comes a more decisive question:

Noodles or no noodles in the chili?
