EF0 tornado confirmed in Wayne County

RICHMOND, Ind. -- The National Weather Service confirmed a small tornado hit Wayne County Saturday night during an unexpectedly powerful storm.
 
The Weather Service office in Wilmington, Ohio confirmed that the tornado was rated EF0, the lowest rating on the intensity scale.  The twister was caught on video by Jamey Miller, who posted it to YouTube.
 
 
The storm knocked down trees and tore a roof from a barn near Richmond, but no injuries were reported.  A tornado warning was in effect for Wayne County for roughly 20 minutes beginning just after 6:30pm Saturday.
