INDIANAPOLIS — Nestle USA will be closing one of their facilities in Indianapolis, leaving dozens of people without a job.

The company filed a WARN Notice with the Department of Workforce Development on Monday, informing the state that they plan to close their frozen specialty food manufacturing operations at 1301 South Keystone Avenue starting November 1. The closures will continue through December 1.

The closure will impact all employees at the facility, which the company says is 172 people.

"All affected employees have been or will be notified of their separation dates and that their separation from employment will be permanent," the company said in their notice filed with the DWD.
