FRANKLIN — A new set of test results are giving the all-clear to two elementary schools in Franklin.
Webb and Needham Elementary Schools have been the focus of environmental concerns as a results of a plant no longer in business, which is under scrutiny for possible contamination.
Franklin Community Schools said the latest sampling came back either non-direct or below the residential sub-slab vapor screening level.
The district is posting all the test results on its website and is installing equipment at the schools during summer break to reduce any problems.
