HANCOCK CO. — In Hancock County, NineStar Connect took a major hit to its power system Monday afternoon.
NineStar says 22 of its utility poles were broken, along with multiple wires due to the high winds from yesterday's storms.
Fortunately, the utility company says it is making progress in getting customers back online. It said they were down to just a few hundred outages by Tuesday morning.
