NOBLESVILLE, Ind. -- The development plan for a new hotel in Noblesville was approved Tuesday evening.
The Noblesville Common Council approved the preliminary plans for a new Embassy Suites Hotel near the intersection of Tegler Drive and Olio Road.
The total space required for the hotel will be more than 15 acres, but the hotel, a conference center and parking will be about six acres.
The hotel will be 187,700 square feet and have 198 suites.
City officials say the total investment for the land, hotel and conference center will be about $30 million.
