FRANKLIN CO, Ind. -- One man was killed and another seriously injured in a double shooting in rural Franklin County Saturday night.
Officers from multiple agencies responded to 10021 St. Peters Road in Brookville around 7:50 p.m. on reports of possible shots fired.
When officers arrived, they found one man dead inside the home and another man who had been shot, according to a press release from Indiana State Police.
The injured man was taken to a hospital. His condition is unknown.
The release states the shooting occurred after a fight between the two men who were shot. Police are not searching for any suspects.
Police have not released the names of the men involved.
