HANCOCK COUNTY, Ind. -- One person was airlifted to the hospital after a semi side-swiped an INDOT truck and then ran off the road on I-70 early Saturday morning.
The driver of the semi was airlifted with serious injuries. The INDOT driver was taken to a hospital in Hancock County by another employee to be checked out.
The crash happened on I-70 near mile marker 104 just after 4:00 a.m.
According to police, an INDOT crew was doing some pothole patching and had just finished when the accident happened.
