GREENFIELD, Ind. -- A second man has died as a result of a single-vehicle crash last Sunday in Greenfield.
The crash happened shortly before 10:30 p.m. along County Road 300N, west of Fortville Pike in Greenfield.
Sheriff's deputies say Scott Wynn, 55, of Greenfield was driving west on CR 300N when they believe he took an s-curve too quickly.
Wynn lost control of his car. It flipped over and ended up in a field.
Wynn and Mitch Wadley, 25, of Greenfield were not wearing seatbelts and were thrown from the car, according to deputies.
Wynn was pronounced dead at the scene.
Wadley was flown to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis where he died Monday night.
A third passenger, Cody Boyd, 22, of Greenfield, was wearing a seatbelt and suffered only minor injuries.
The official cause of the accident remains under investigation.
