INDIANAPOLIS -- A 31-year-old man has died after he was shot on the city's west side Friday.
Police identified him as Charles Brown of Indianapolis.
According to IMPD, officers were dispatched to the 4400 block of Robertson Boulevard for reports of a person who was shot in the leg shortly before 6:00 p.m.
Before officers arrived they were told Brown and his sister left the home for Community Westview Hospital, where he died.
Detectives have not yet identified a suspect.
