INDIANAPOLIS -- One person was shot on the ramp from I-465 southbound to Pendleton Pike early Sunday morning.
According to the Indiana State Police, the victim was a passenger in a silver Ford Crown Victoria and has non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the car was not injured, but was arrested on an unrelated traffic warrant.
The suspected shooter was in a red car that left the scene before police arrived.
