INDIANAPOLIS – One person was shot on Indianapolis’ southwest side after an attempted robbery led to a car chase Thursday afternoon.
Police said the incident occurred shortly after 12:30 p.m. when a passenger in one vehicle shot at another.
The vehicle struck drove off the road and crashed near Harding Street and Sumner Avenue. Police found the shooting victim inside the vehicle crashed vehicle.
Officers are looking for the shooter, but currently do not have a description.
