INDIANAPOLIS -- Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer said his city has not been defined by "the most difficult day in the history of the city of Orlando."
Speaking at the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Indianapolis Sunday, Dyer discussed the June 12 tragedy from his point of view, beginning with a phone call at 3 a.m.
