INDIANAPOLIS -- The opening weekend for "Finding Dory" is drowning box office records for animated films. But it's also giving hope to the family of a premature little boy.

Francis William was born four months early, only weighing 1 pound, 9 ounces. Doctors gave him a 15 percent chance of survival.

Francis' parents were feeling the weight of the situation until they heard "Finding Nemo" and "Finding Dory" director Andrew Stanton say he was a premature baby too.

Good Morning Indiana Anchor Beth Vaughn has more on what that revelation meant to the family as they face their own struggle. Watch in the video player above.
