INDIANAPOLIS – Are you ready for the Crispy Bird? Owners of Patachou Inc. hope so as they are in the building stages of opening their latest restaurant.

Stepping outside of the company’s four other restaurants scattered around Indy – think Petite Chou, Napolese, Café Patachou and Public Greens - Crispy Bird is set to open at 49th and Pennsylvania Streets in Fall 2016.

The eatery’s Instagram page described the newest expansion as “Patachou-style fried chicken with a pedigree.”

In addition to the fried flavors, the restaurant will  serve a variety of sides, breads, beer, wine and house made desserts.

Surprisingly, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options will be readily available as well.

As all of Patachou’s restaurants pride themselves on local ingredients, Crispy Bird will be no different.

The restaurant will use locally raised, non-GMO and antibiotic-free chicken.

If you’re looking to sample a few items before Fall, just attend fried chicken night at Petite Chou Bistro.
