Fried chicken is good hot, it's good cold, it's good on a sandwich or covered in buffalo sauce.
It's good at home or on a picnic, and the owners of Patachou Inc. hope you think it's good in a restaurant, too.
Their newest endeavor, Crispy Bird, is set to open this fall. It's the first fried chicken spot for the franchise, described as Patachou-style fried chicken with a pedigree.
The restaurant will open up at 49th and Pennsylvania streets on the north side. Along with chicken, it will serve beer, wine and sweet treats to round it all out.
Crispy Bird will use locally raised, non-GMO and antibiotic-free chicken.
