INDIANAPOLIS -- One person is dead after a vehicle crashed into a building on the city's east side Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened around 1:45 p.m. in the 4000 block of E. New York Street.
One person was found dead upon investigation of the crash. No cause of death or identity has yet been released.
Fire departments on scene had to cut away parts of the vehicle after the crash.
Damage to the building appeared to be moderate, but no estimation of costs has been issued.
