INDIANAPOLIS — A man who was allegedly trying to rob a person at an Indianapolis gas station ended up being shot late-Friday.
Police responded to the incident at the Marathon station on the corner of North Moller Road and West 34th Street at about 9:30 p.m.
At the scene, a witness told police that a person who was being robbed took out his gun and shot the man who was robbing him.
The shooting victim went to the hospital in critical condition.
Detectives are working to get a better handle on the incident, including whether the shooter will face charges.
