INDIANAPOLIS -- One person was shot and killed Monday morning on Indianapolis' northeast side.
The shooting happened around 5 a.m., in the 3200 block of Campbell Avenue.
Police arrived to the scene to find a man's body sitting in the driver's seat of a car. He was identified Monday afternoon as 34-year-old Tommy Turintine.

The car is a silver 2000s Pontiac Grand Prix. Police say the car had been running for at least a couple of hours.
Police haven't released any information about possible suspects, but do say the car isn't registered to the victim.
