INDIANAPOLIS -- One person was shot on Indianapolis' east side Wednesday afternoon.
A dispatcher with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said the shooting happened on the 1900 block of Bosart Avenue around 1 p.m.
The victim was shot five times and taken to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition.
Police say they are possibly looking for three suspects.
No motive for the shooting is known at this time.
