INDIANAPOLIS -- Metro police have made dramatic progress in slowing down the record number of pharmacy robberies across the city.
But in solving one problem, IMPD may have shifted the problem somewhere else.
In just the first six months of last year, Indianapolis had twice as many pharmacy robberities as the state of Texas.
The robbery suspects still have the same agendy, but they're looking at different targts.
