INDIANAPOLIS -- We won't be paying more for gas in central Indiana because of a pipeline spill in Alabama, according to experts.
The spill caused prices at the pump to rise in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas.
Drivers are also finding some gas stations have no gasoline to sell or they are facing long lines to fill up.
Colonial Pipeline says they're trying to build a temporary replacement pipeline to get the gas flowing again.

In the meantime, Patrick DeHahn with GasBuddy.com says we shouldn't see any issues with the gas supply in central Indiana because we don't receive gas from the Colonial Pipeline.
Gas prices here are also staying put because gas is not being rerouted from the Midwest to help the South.
GasBuddy.com shows the current average price for a gallon of gas in Indy is $2.21.
