FISHERS, Ind. -- Fishers police were called to the home of Indianapolis Colts linebacker Daniel Adongo Thursday morning.
Officers were dispatched to Adongo's home after a friend reported receiving a text from a female resident of the home asking for help.
When police arrived, the woman did not request medical assistance and was "unable to explain why she sent the text."
Adongo was not present when officers arrived.
The Colts released a statement following the incident saying the team was "investigating the matter."
No arrests were made, and no charges had been filed as of Thursday night.
