SALEM, Ind. -- State police discovered a man wanted on multiple felonies passed out beneath a Salem, Indiana, home Thursday evening.

Troopers were alerted that Richard Graham, 42, of Pekin, Indiana, was present at a home on the 100 block of Cherry Street in Salem.

Police said Graham had multiple active warrants for his arrest.

When a state police trooper arrived at the home, Graham was found unresponsive in a crawl space. Police also found methamphetamine, paraphernalia and unnamed synthetic drugs in the crawl space.

In addition to the existing charges against him, Graham was preliminarily charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and resisting law enforcement.
