Four Lafayette schools, including McCutcheon High School, were on lockdown Friday as police searched for suspects in the area.
The Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Department sent an alert just before 3:00 p.m. Friday about the lockdowns, which were located around the area of Old U.S. 231 near McCutcheon High School.
Police said suspects were at-large in the area.
Police did not immediately release what the suspects were wanted for.
