FRANKLIN, Ind. – A jail inmate who was mistakenly released from the Johnson County Jail in July is back in police custody.
The inmate, 20-year-old Blaine Hansen of Indianapolis, was due to go to the Department of Correction for a year-and-a- half before his release.
Hansen is currently in the Marion County Jail.
Deputies are still unsure of the error that led to the early release.
